Kippax Parish Council Staffing Structure

Kippax Parish Council currently has two part-time employees - a Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer and a Village Caretaker. 

The council also has a Personnel Committee which oversees all matters relating to employment, ensuring that the council has the correct policies and procedures in place and supporting the Chairman in their role as Line Manager to the Clerk & RFO.  The Clerk & RFO is responsible for the line management of the Village Caretaker and is supported in assigning workload to the Caretaker by the Village Services Committee.
