Following a referendum on 14th February 2019, the Kippax Neighbourhood Plan was voted in favour (88.7% - Yes, 11.3% - No). The Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Statutory Development Plan for Leeds and must be taken into consideration by Leeds City Council when determining planning applications in Kippax.
