Parish Councillors become Dementia Friends!

Cllr Julia Almond led a fantastic Dementia Friends workshop for Parish Councillors this month, helping to give us a better understanding of Dementia and how to support people with Dementia and their carers in our community.
This was one of the first steps towards our plan to become a Dementia Friendly community, and Cllr Almond is working to develop a Steering Group of Cllrs and community members to help achieve this vision and enlist more Dementia Friends.
